The Best American Rock & Roll Album?

On January 18, 1978, Warren Zevon released arguably one of the best American Rock and Roll albums of all time, Excitable Boy.

This record included Zevon’s most popular song, “Werewolves of London”. The album was produced by none other than Jackson Browne, who helped with guitar, harmony, and backing vocals.

Warren Zevon had some demons and got into drugs and alcohol. However, people like David Letterman loved him so much so that Letterman had Zevon over a dozen times on his show.
