Last weekend, Virginian thrashers MUNICIPAL WASTE paid a visit to the formidable Hyperion Sewage Treatment Plant in Playa del Ray, California to film a brand new music video for the song "Sadistic Magician" — off 2007's "The Art Of Partying".
